Multi-head Weighing and Bagging Equipment

Priden is the sole European agent for the LA-BELLE range of multi-head weighers and Form Fill Seal baggers. They are manufactured in Nashik, India to the same exacting quality standards as Priden.

The weighers are mirror finish stainless steel or low friction dimpled depending on the product and are available in 10, 14, 20 and 32 head models. The weighers can be split two or three ways to weigh different products simultaneously. Accuracy is very important and is extremely good. The weighers can also be set to count products as well as weigh them. Speeds of up to 120 per minute are achievable depending on product flow. A test facility is available in Priden’s demonstration area. Our weighers also fit into 3m high spaces making this a versatile and space-saving machine.

Priden’s system is highly capable of processing a variety of products including; dry snacks, nuts, spices, chopped veg and salad leaves.

To complement the weighers, the LA-BELLE Vertical Form Fill Seal machines cover a full range of speeds and sizes. 1, 2 or 4 lane machines are available. Pouches up to 200 per minute can be achieved on the multitrack machines.

The table draw design of the LA-BELLE has significant advantages over the more common belt draw machines. There is no slippage so registration cannot go out of alignment. There are no expensive belts to keep replacing, no ongoing adjustments or longer production runs. Our baggers are extremely simple to operate and are virtually maintenance free. Gas flush is available on all models.

Multi-head weighers are available in polished mirror finish stainless steel or low friction dimpled stainless steel.

Baggers are available on Powder coated carbon steel or in full stainless steel.

LA-BELLE Vertical Form Fill machines are certified to the latest CE regulations.
