At Priden, one of the biggest strings to our bow is our Service and Repair Department but our service department wouldn’t run as smoothly without support from our service partners.
Our service Providers help us day in day out to ensure that our clients are well looked after. They make sure that our service team are aware of breakdowns and essential repair work needing to be investigated. Then, like a well-oiled machine, we update them throughout the day and correspond with their drivers, to help them rest assure that a service engineer will be available as soon as possible to help rectify the situation.
We are always striving to make our service department the best it can be, and we feel that sharing knowledge is the key to success. So, we recently welcomed one of our service providers to Priden Engineering for a Bulk Blower Training Day. We filled this day with important information which could be put back into practice at the service providers HQ.
The day started with some light refreshments to help them recover from their long journey, progressing on to an information session; where we guided our guest’s through all the parts of a bulk blower and how they work, we then held a full Bulk Blower demonstration and finished with a Q & A session.
With the help of our Service Department, we delivered a successful training day which has helped to create a closer working relationship between Priden Engineering and our service provider.
